Tell your senators: No confirmation before inauguration

Donald Trump has nominated Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court with the stated purpose of allowing the Court, not the people, to decide the outcome of the Presidential election. Since the Senate Republicans have agreed to help push Barrett’s nomination through before our elections are complete, it is our job to stop this illegitimate nomination. 

Judge Barrett is an anti-abortion extremist who has decades of public statements and rulings that have harmed women, LGBTQ+ people, and communities of color. Barrett on the bench would jeopardize the sexual and reproductive health and rights of all Americans–and especially our young people. 

Tell your senators that they must uphold Justice Ginsburg’s final wish and not install her replacement until after Inauguration Day.
