Collaborating with the Guttmacher Institute, SIECUS: Sex Ed for Social Change released “The Fight for Facts”, a policy brief examining the new frontline for attacks on reproductive autonomy: the sex ed classroom. Attacks on reproductive healthcare providers teaching medically accurate sex ed, stigmatizing abortion care in curricula, and requiring students to view misleading fetal development animations and ultrasounds are just some of the ways the anti-abortion movement is working to continue to whittle away at our reproductive rights including the right to accurate and comprehensive information about our bodies and well-being.
