Our corporate partners provide significant resources that allow SIECUS to build a future where all people receive quality sex education, are affirmed in their identities, and have the power to make decisions about their own health, pleasure, and wholeness. We are actively seeking partnerships to help us succeed in our mission to protect and advance comprehensive, inclusive sex ed for all.

There are several ways to support SIECUS and the movement for quality sex ed as a corporation, including outright donations, cause marketing activations, in-kind donations of products, or workplace giving programs.

To ensure the alignment of our fundraising efforts and core principles, organizations that we partner with for fundraising efforts must meet the following criteria:

• Align and support SIECUS’ mission, vision, and values.
• Does not engage in any activity or product that is harmful toward youth.
• Does engage in socially responsible business and hiring practices and demonstrates a corporate stance that is conscious of economic, social, and environmental impact. Examples include: hiring and promoting women, people of color, LGBTQ+, and gender non-conforming individuals; commitment to environmental sustainability practices; and commitment to fair labor practices, among other examples.

SIECUS’s acceptance of sponsorship funding does not obligate SIECUS to participate in publicly endorsing, promoting, or advocating on behalf of Sponsor or its products. However, SIECUS will make efforts whenever possible to align with and cross-promote Sponsor’s promotional efforts, and Sponsor will receive inclusion on any materials promoting SIECUS Sponsors.

SIECUS may return sponsorship funding to Sponsor, if SIECUS determines, in its sole discretion, that Sponsor or Sponsor’s management has engaged in speech or behavior that is inconsistent with SIECUS’s mission and values, which include preventing harm to young people; respect for human rights, LGBTQ equality, gender equality, and/or racial equality; and practicing corporate social responsibility, or that SIECUS believes could diminish SIECUS’s organizational reputation owing to its association with Sponsor. In that instance, SIECUS will notify Sponsor of the termination of the Sponsorship Agreement, and SIECUS will remove all recognition of Sponsor from its website and other communications. In the same instance, Sponsor agrees to remove any and all mention of its sponsorship of SIECUS from its website and communications within 24 hours of its receipt of returned sponsorship funding from SIECUS.
