You’re invited! Please join SIECUS: Sex Ed for Social Change for our upcoming event, the Sex Ed Champions and Trailblazers Virtual Gala and Silent Auction happening on April 29, 2021 at 7:00 PM ET.

Since 1964, SIECUS has been a recognized leader in the field of sex education. Today, SIECUS advances sex education through advocacy, policy and coalition building in order to realize an equitable nation where all people receive sex education, are affirmed in their identities, and have power to make decisions about their own health, pleasure, and wholeness. We believe that sexuality education can help us build a foundation for a long-term culture shift that will positively impact all levels of society, particularly on issues of gender and racial equity, sexuality, sexual and reproductive health, consent, personal safety, and autonomy.

The 2021 Sex Ed Champions and Trailblazers Virtual Gala and Silent Auction is your opportunity to enjoy an evening of sexy fun times with Host, Sex Nerd Sandra, and listen to performances from independent feminist music artist MuMu. We will spend the evening celebrating a few of the bold and fierce leaders making policy that ensure that every young person receives the sex education that affirms their identities, including our 2021 Sex Ed Champions US Representative Alma Adams and Washington State Senator Claire Wilson. We will also celebrate our 2021 Sex Ed Trailblazer, who is leading the fight for LGBTQ-inclusive sex education for all young people, Imani Rupert-Gordon on behalf of the National Center for Lesbian Rights.
