State Partnerships Manager
Gabrielle Doyle is the SIECUS State Partnerships Manager, after receiving a promotion from Policy Analyst. In this role, Gabby is responsible for leading implementation of the Sex Ed Policy Action Council (SEPAC), building and strengthening bilateral relationships with our state partners and advocates, and growing our grasstops advocacy engagement with state, local, and federal policies related to sex education.
Prior to joining SIECUS, Gabrielle completed her Master of Arts degree in Women’s, Gender, and Sexualities Studies with a Public Policy Concentration from the George Washington University. During her studies, she was awarded the ‘Making a Difference’ Women’s and Gender Studies Graduate Award for her research proposal concerning the experiences of transgender and non-binary people in accessing abortion care.
Her previous experience includes numerous public policy and research internships at organizations such as the American Association of University Women, the Human Rights Campaign, NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland, and URGE: Unite for Reproductive & Gender Equity.
Hailing from the Midwest, Gabrielle received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University before moving to DC in 2017 to pursue her graduate degree.
