Planned Parenthood in Mississippi and the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS) released Sex Education in Mississippi: Why ‘Just Wait’ Just Doesn’t Work, outlining the status of sex education and failed abstinence-only-until-marriage programs in Mississippi.
